KDOT honors employees for service anniversaries in July

The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is recognizing employees who are marking service anniversaries in July. The department has expressed gratitude for their dedication to the state.

Employees celebrating 40 years include Jeffrey Lathen, a Highway Maintenance Supervisor from Meade, and Derrick Nordyke, a Highway Maintenance Superintendent from Hugoton.

John Hochard, an Engineering Technician Senior from Holton, is celebrating 35 years of service.

Marking 25 years are Joshua Bachura, an Equipment Operator Specialist from Wilsey; David Freeland, an Equipment Mechanic Specialist from Mayetta; Stephanie Knudson, an Engineering Technician Senior from Horton; and Craig Schlott, Assistant District Construction/Maintenance Engineer from Garden City.

Celebrating 20 years are Rick Giebler, an Equipment Mechanic Specialist from Hays, and Tyler Molt, a Highway Maintenance Supervisor from Atchison.

Christopher Trundle, an Equipment Operator from Topeka, is celebrating 15 years of service.

Finally, those reaching the 10-year milestone include Randy Miller, a Highway Maintenance Supervisor from Ellinwood, and Matthew Newfield, an Equipment Operator Senior from Newton.
