WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (Kan.) on June 2 released the following statement ahead of the funeral service for Daniel McCoy, longtime Wichita Business Journal reporter:
“Daniel was the Air Capital of the World’s reporter. He was always a friendly face – eager to discuss the latest in aviation and aerospace and how it impacted the Wichita community. I will miss my conversations with Daniel, and I know his respected voice and reporting will be missed in Wichita and the aviation community. Robba and I are praying for his family and his Wichita Business Journal coworkers.”
