Falk Nomination--Agreement: A unanimous-consent-time agreement was reached providing that at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Republican Leader, Senate begin consideration of the nomination of Joseph Lee Falk, of Florida, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the United States Institute of Peace; that there be 10 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form on the nomination; that upon the use or yielding back of time, Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination, without intervening action or debate; and that if the nomination is not confirmed, all action with respect to the nominations of Joseph Lee Falk, and Roger Israel Zakheim, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the United States Institute of Peace, be vitiated.
