Carroll: 'The Value Them Both Amendment restores the rights of Kansans to pass laws that protect women and children'
Restoration PAC recently released a new ad highlighting the Kansas ballot initiative “Value Them Both” – a pro-life amendment for the state which would return the ability to make policies on abortion back to the legislature. A recent July survey indicated nearly 50% of voters plan to vote for the amendment.
