Track at Washburn’s Rust Buster

A small group of Colby Community College men’s and women’s track and field student-athletes were in Topeka on Saturday for the Washburn University Rust Buster. While there were no qualifiers for the regional meet in February, 13 Trojans set personal records.

“I believe that we are marching in the right direction because the team is improving weekly,” said Colby Head Coach Clinton Fletcher.

The Trojans return to Topeka on Feb. 3 and 4 for the Washburn University Open and Multis.
