U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) has expressed support for the nomination of Ryan Kriegshauser as United States Attorney for the District of Kansas.
“Ryan Kriegshauser’s broad legal experience and service to our nation make him an excellent choice to serve as U.S. Attorney for Kansas,” said Sen. Moran. “His background in both public service and private practice will serve Kansans well, and I look forward to supporting his confirmation.”
Kriegshauser is currently a partner at Kriegshauser Ney Law Firm. His previous roles include serving as General Counsel at the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Office of Legal Counsel and Policy. He holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Missouri at Kansas City, with a B.A. and J.D., respectively. Kriegshauser is also a Navy veteran who served in Afghanistan and continues his military service as an officer in the Navy Reserve.
