Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. appeared on Newsmax, Wake Up America to discuss his One Flag for All Act. This legislation prohibits any flag other than the American flag to be flown, draped or displayed on federal buildings, with certain exceptions. This legislation comes following the Biden Administration’s breach of U.S. Flag Code last weekend when a Pride flag was centered in between two American flags.

“Look, that pride flag – no American died for that flag. No one risked their life for that flag. We have hundreds of thousands of American soldiers who died for the American flag.”
“The flag code clearly states that the American flag, it’s in a display, should be in the center. It should be in a place of prominence and centered as well.”
“This is another example of this White Houses’ woke socialist agenda getting ahead of patriotism and our constitution.”
“This is an insult to anyone who is serving, who has served, anyone who has a brother, a sister, a father, a mother, or a child like I do right now serving, this is an insult to us that this president does not prioritize our national security.”

“Once again, Lady Justice has taken her blindfold off. She’s put her foot on the scale as well. I think everyone understands that the law is not being applied equally.”
“My dad was the chief of police in my hometown for 25 years. And one of his pillars of law enforcement was to apply the law equally to everybody, regardless of what your last name was, who your parents were, what side of the railroad track you came from, the law should be applied equally.”
